IMCS2000 Intelligent Integrated Motor Control System

The IMCS2000 intelligent integrated motor control system is Wanlong Electric's complete low voltage motor protection and control solution. Built around the ST570 series motor protection relay as its core intelligent terminal, the system serves low voltage motor circuits rated 50/60 Hz and below 1 kV, combining protection, measurement, control, management and communication in one platform.

The ST570 motor protection device works with contactors, circuit breakers, soft starters and variable frequency drives, and supports RS485 bus and Ethernet communication so operators can run multiple motor control schemes from a single network. It predicts and isolates faults, cuts unplanned downtime caused by external equipment failures, extends motor service life and keeps production running safely and continuously.

Typical applications: thermal power plants, petrochemical plants, rail transit, mining and metallurgy, light industry manufacturing, and infrastructure and environmental protection projects.

Installation

The ST570 series motor protection controller installs in the withdrawable drawers or fixed units of low voltage switchgear such as MNS, BLOCSET, SIVACON and GCK cabinets, and also fits standalone terminal control boxes.
