Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us at 8888@wanlongjituan.com with your order details and photos of the issue. Custom or OEM orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
