Description
This solution is designed for DC 750V applications with a total capacity of less than 1250kVA, and has been successfully deployed in urban rail transit and trolleybus systems.
System Configuration
- High-Voltage Distribution: Dual high-voltage power supply with single metering; high-voltage switchgear uses HXGN15-12 ring main unit
- Rectifier Unit: 1 set of 12-pulse rectifier unit for stable DC output
- DC Distribution System: Incoming cabinet with double-pole isolating switch; feeder cabinet with draw-out circuit breaker + bypass isolating switch; outgoing cabinet with double-pole isolating switch
Application Case
Successfully applied in the Beijing dual-source trolleybus route replacement project, with a total of 33 intelligent box-type DC traction substations installed, each with a capacity of 1×630kVA.
