Project Overview

Since the official launch of the Shandong Quancheng Green Modern Trolleybus Transit Demonstration Project, Suzhou Wanlong Electric Group Co., Ltd. has mobilized a full strategic deployment in response to the project's large scale and tight timeline. A dedicated project team was established, led directly by the company's senior management, with the Smart Application Engineering Service Center as the core execution department.

Cross-Department Collaboration

The project team was structured across three functional layers:

• "Forward" — Intelligent Complete Equipment Division: Responsible for thoroughly understanding customer requirements, surveying installation site conditions, and completing the full solution design with precision.
• "Midfield" — Complete Equipment Workshop, Electrical Workshop, Measurement & Control Protection Device Division, Procurement Department, and Finance Center: Responsible for front-end material procurement, production, and installation integration to lay a solid foundation for project delivery.
• "Defense" — System Engineering Service Department, Remote O&M Platform Division, and Quality Department: Responsible for factory quality inspection and on-site commissioning services.

Through coordinated cross-departmental collaboration, the team effectively ensured compliance with substation equipment inspection and acceptance standards, driving project delivery in a solid, efficient, and orderly manner.

First Substation Delivery

On the 23rd of this month, under the full cross-departmental collaboration of the Smart Application Engineering Service Center, the company successfully completed the delivery of the first compact substation unit for this project.

To ensure smooth project delivery, the Complete Equipment Workshop and Electrical Workshop, together with the System Engineering Service Department, demonstrated Wanlong's core belief of "crafting with care, delivering with commitment." Undeterred by the cold winter nights, the team worked overtime through the night — meticulously installing every component, leaving no detail unchecked, and maintaining their posts until the early hours of the following morning. The completed unit was then transported overnight from Suzhou to Jinan, successfully completing the first substation delivery.

This achievement earned recognition from the client and laid a solid foundation for the continued advancement of the project.
